Last weekend was a busy one. Active cellar door, a wedding, group bookings at the restaurant AND harvesting Chambourcin 2017.
The grapes were hand picked, hand pressed, hand …EVERYTHING. And are now working their magic (currently in a rather soggy looking mess)… fermenting and ageing towards a fine red we have great expectations of!
…to be released sometime in 2018.
