This was the first food and wine matching long lunch organised at Mountain Ridge Wines.
Carefully designed menu included many locally sourced ingredients, from Shoalhaven River Blackfish to wild edible flowers and foraged salad greens. Each dish matched beatifully the presented wines.
A perfect afternoon of degustation, wine and good company.
