The Mountain Ridge kitchen is home to some of the Shoalhaven most passionate and talented chefs. We are proud to contribute to the training of the next generation of chefs providing an inspiring and nurturing environment for them to learn. A big congratulations to Chef Adam and introducing Caitlin to our team.
