Mountain Ridge Winery welcomes Bayden Tuckley to our team.
Bayden has lived in the Shoalhaven area for most of his life, and has spent the last ten years in kitchens around the area. He places great value in team work and bringing a positive vibe to the kitchen atmosphere. From his time at Wharf Rd and the Hungry Duck under the mentorship of David Campbell, to his position as sous chef at Bangalay Dining and beyond. Bayden has maintained a strong passion for native ingredients and use of local produce. He is delighted to continue to nurture this passion while working sustainable and collaboratively with the Mountain Ridge team.
We are open for Breakfast on Weekends, Lunch and Wine Tasting from Wednesday to Sunday.
